Omg are you guys under new management? Are these new ladies? Long time customer here and I’m usually so satisfied with my results. But literally no more than 20 minutes after and 4 lashes already on my face. This also doesn’t look like 140 pieces. So bare and and not full looking at all. Please avoid young lady with glasses and curly hair. Not at all worth $110. I see now why changed your name. Avoiding those reviews.
If you value a place that values you as a customer, do not go here!!!! On 4/25 I got a new set of 120 lashes. On 5/5 I got a refill of 140 lashes because the lash tech used on 4/25 didn't do a good job and attached 5 lashes to one lash. (which is terrible and unhealthy eye care) Now my left eye lashes barely have any left, so obviously it was because of a bad application, since the right side is so full. The right eye was done first, so maybe the tech was rushing? I sleep on my back, and don't wet my lashes for 24 hours, so there's no reason my lashes should be so sparse on the left side. I went there on 5/15 because I was on a business trip and asked them if they could touch up the left side only. They said no, because it was over a week, and that I could pay for a refill on both sides. I didn't want a full set on the left eye, just to have it touched up so that I don't walk around looking unkept. They wouldn't even offer me a free removal of both eye lashes, which I would've done. I have been to this place several times, and thought that building a rapport as a great tipper of $20 each time would mean something, but obviously it doesn't. I'll take my hard earned dollars elsewhere. Tried to give this place a chance but they value profit over service.
It was all good for about 5 days, then started to hurt and weigh on my eyes, and turn different ways from the weight. The girl did a nice job putting them on. But I had three and two piece lashes throughout, I don’t like that, I like individual lashes, and it started to bother me so much that I had to remove them all tonight. You can see how many on the photo. I think the issue is their lash quality is not good - they felt way heavier, harder and more uncomfortable than the lashes at my other place. (I tried this because I was on a budget and wanted the Groupon price to check them out). I won’t be returning, although at my lash place, not all the girls are great, clearly, the lash quality actually feels like mink, it’s softer and lighter, but most importantly, they put one single lash at a time not clunks. Update: after removal, for 2 days my eye still hurt, not sure if there was glue residue that I could not see, but it was still bothering me after taking them all off. I had to soak my eyes in hot water a bunch of times and it finally stopped hurting.
